All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days* (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
*Orders from our "New Build Computers" are built to order. There will be additional time required to build & test the system prior to shipping this will generally be no longer that 7 working days (this does not include shipping times).
Our refurbished systems are pre-built and tested, ready for shipping. There may be exceptions to this, if this is the case, we will display this in the systems specs on the systems individual page. An estimated 2 days will be required to build and test these systems expect in busy times (in which case we will display the estimated delay at the top of our home page).
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
All of our orders come with free shipping and you should receive your order within 48 hours of dispatch. Please note that once an order has been marked as dispatched the order cannot be cancelled and the item will have to be returned for a refund. We are not responsible for delays to deliveries, however where possible we will assist with communications with the couriers. For the avoidance of doubt, no shipping refunds will be issued for delayed orders.
Depending on your location, you may be offered (at our discretion) the option of having your order hand delivered which will include setup if requested at no additional cost. This will only include a basic installation at a desk to show that the computer is working (if no monitors are available, the system will be connected to the mains and turned on to show that it is working).
You are not able to refuse the item because "you have changed your mind" for a full refund unless the item does not meet the specifications as advertised on our website or is faulty, at which point a replacement system may be offered instead of a refund. Refused orders will incur a £50 penalty.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please note that we do not ship to P.O Boxes, we only ship to residential/ business addresses. Orders to a P.O. Box will be cancelled without warning.
We only ship to the UK Mainland, Orders shipped to international freight forwarders will be cancelled.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
